Organisation Structure

1. CORPORATE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

As from May 2011 we have a Corporate Executive Committee consisting solely of Corporate Executive members. The members are Jan Boone, Jan Vander Stichele, Jos Destrooper, Ronald Drieduite, Ignace Heyman and John van de Par.
The Lotus Bakeries Group is divided into seven countries/areas: Belgium, Netherlands, France, Northern & Eastern Europe, UK, North America and Export. We therefore have a Group Management Team. This team consists of the 7 managers responsible for these areas together with the Corporate Executive Committee members.
