Corporate Governance Charter

Lotus Bakeries attaches great value to Corporate Governance practices.

On 11 September 2009, the board of directors of Lotus Bakeries adopted the second Corporate Governance Charter.

The Charter has been drafted in accordance with the principles and the provisions of the Belgian Corporate Governance Code that the Corporate Governance Committee, under the presidency of Mr. Herman Daems, published on 12 March 2009.

The Corporate Governance Charter shall be updated based on evolutions in Corporate Governance policy.
